We specialise in Small Group Personal Training, 1-to-1 Personal Training and large group classes. Every session is led by our specially trained coaches, so you’re never left guessing what to do. The Fit House is a community space where success is shared, coaches truly care, and you’re missed when you’re not there.
Our members range from London-commuting professionals to active retirees and busy parents who need efficient training that works around their schedule. Alongside coaching sessions, we provide bespoke nutrition guidance and lifestyle support to improve energy, strength and long-term health.
Located at Chalfont Park, we provide a quieter, private alternative to large commercial gyms. With free parking and scheduled sessions, training becomes a routine you keep rather than a phase you start and stop.

The Fit House coaching team combines decades of experience in strength training, performance coaching and long-term health development. Led by owner and Head Coach Robin, alongside coaches Si and Ben, our approach blends structured Small Group Personal Training, 1-to-1 Personal Training and lifestyle coaching to suit different goals and personalities.
From building strength and improving body composition to Hyrox preparation, injury-aware training and sustainable fitness for later life, every member is guided by a coach who understands how to progress safely and consistently. We don’t rely on generic programmes — sessions are coached, adapted and progressed in real time so you always know what to do and why you’re doing it.
