In August 2020 Fiona decided it was time to change her life. In the space of 6 months (August - February) and with remote guidance (thanks to the internet!) from The Fit House, she has lost over 5 stone, regained her health and rediscovered her self confidence. We've nominated Isia as our client of the month for March! Isia has come a really long way. She has notably improved not only her strength, fitness and got into some fantastic shape, but she has also grown in confidence and happiness. As a working mum of 4 young children, she is an inspiration to a lot of people.
We launched our first nutrition programme in January. The four week nutrition and health plan had some fantastic results with participants improving their health which getting in fantastic shape. See the stats.
"I had never run, but I mentioned to Frazer that it was one of my goals. I have now done FOUR 10km races! He believed in me and got my body where it needed to be." Jane tells us how training with Frazer helped her achieve goals and results that she'd never been able to get on her own or before.
