The Fit House youth classes are a great way for kids and teenagers to enjoy staying fit, healthy and strong.

We can help whether your child is getting serious about sport or they just want to get into fitness and have a good time. There will be plenty of learning and laughter.

Our classes help kids learn about a healthy lifestyle, teamwork, self confidence and how to set and achieve goals, all while having fun with friends.

For kids and teenagers looking to get fit, strong and healthy in a group environment. Classes include circuits, teamwork, movement basics, fitness, coordination and fun! Build confidence and set your kids up for a healthy life.
