After having 2 children, working mum Louise decided it was time to get back into fitness, to feel better and look better. She and a girlfriend Amrita, did personal training with Rachel for just under a year before Rachel moved back to the UK. Louise tells us a bit more about her experience and achievements.

Johnny, 43, went from hating exercise to loving his training sessions. Training helped Johnny recover from a long standing injury and get into a great shape and fitness routine which he has maintained ever since.
"I had never run, but I mentioned to Frazer that it was one of my goals. I have now done FOUR 10km races! He believed in me and got my body where it needed to be." Jane tells us how training with Frazer helped her achieve goals and results that she'd never been able to get on her own or before.
