We’ve launched some new semi private personal training sessions. If you’re interested in personal training without the higher price tag, this is a great option for you.
These sessions are open for up to 4 people at any one session. You don’t need to come with a friend (but you can do). The cost is £20 per session.
Sessions are offered at 12noon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We also have a session on Saturdays at 11am.

Each class will be programmed by us and scaled to individual ability at the session. It will focus on both strength and cardio fitness. They can be tailored to individual needs.
