I’m Rachel, a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. I specialise in pre and post natal exercise, strength training (particularly for beginners), cardio fitness and weight loss.
I grew up in the local area and my family has lived in Seer Green for over 20 years. As a teen, I went to Beaconsfield High School and swam for Chesham swimming club – I know the local area well.
My ethos is to train clients to be fit, strong and healthy for real life. My sessions are fun but challenging. I am a stickler for good and safe technique!
After 5 years in the finance industry in London and New York, I turned my amateur fitness interests into a career. I started working in the City of London after I graduated in German and Spanish. Shortly after I was transferred to New York City (where I quickly learnt that Sex and the City is not real life!). I qualified as a trainer in New York and was so inspired there that I took a leap of faith, left my “real” job and have never looked back.
I was a very active kid, I danced and swam competitively for many years. As an adult I’ve competed in triathlon and running. My proudest achievement is a half ironman in Vietnam in 2017!
Frazer and I met in Singapore where we spent three years living and working in the top personal training gym in Singapore. We are really excited to have opened our own studio in Buckinghamshire.
