My passion in life has always been sport and particularly how to win!

I come from a professional rugby background, as both a coach and a player. After a major injury ended the start of a professional rugby career, I moved into to sports conditioning and coaching. With a Masters in Coaching Science, a Bachelors in Strength & Conditioning and Coaching and a PGCE, I then taught as a lecturer of Sports Science at Hartpury University.

A fully qualified personal trainer, I bring a coaching style developed through years of coaching and teaching. At The Fit House our aim is to get the most out of clients, helping them to achieve their goals through hard work and good fun.

I recently stepped down as head coach of the Singapore national men’s rugby team after two successful years and a league promotion in Asia. I also spent three years as head coach for one of the top Singapore premiership rugby teams.

Prior to launching The Fit House, I spent three years in Singapore where I set up UFIT Education. UFIT Education is a business that provides continuing professional development to sport and fitness professionals. It also offers sports coaching to the public and schools including Marlborough College Malaysia and UWC South East Asia.

As a young player, I was in the Bath Rugby Academy and captained Hartpury University rugby 1st team to a Twickenham final win of the Universities Cup. I have caps for Scotland Rugby Under 18s, 19s and 20s and played for Gloucester Rugby A.
