THE FIT HOUSE

We are a neighbourhood gym making bodies and relationships stronger.

A The Fit House we help people of all ages and life stages exercise together. Unlike other gyms, we specialise in building a fitter community, which means our committed family of trainers are there to support you at all times. Our approach is holistic, we’re here to help you stay fit and healthy for life. Our core services include: Personal Training, Classes, Nutrition and Mobility / Rehab. The Fit House is a place to get fit, make friends and feel welcome.

Frazer McArdell

Frazer McArdell

My passion in life has always been sport and particularly how to win! I come from a professional rugby background, as both a coach and a player. After a major injury ended the start of a professional rugby career, I moved into to sports conditioning and coaching. With a Masters in Coaching Science, a Bachelors in Strength & Conditioning and Coaching and a PGCE, I then taught as a lecturer of Sports Science at Hartpury University.

Rachel Harling

I’m Rachel, a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. I specialise in pre and post natal exercise, strength training (particularly for beginners), cardio fitness and weight loss. I grew up in the local area and my family has lived in Seer Green for over 20 years.

Robbie Waldron

Ex rugby player Robbie used to train at Wasps Academy. Now a keen boxer, he is focused on helping clients to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin through improving their health and fitness.
