FIND YOUR CLASS

STRONG

Get stronger and leaner at our strength class. It includes both bodyweight and free weights training, targeting every muscle group in the body. If you’re looking to get stronger and leaner, this class is for you.

HIIT

Get your heart pumping and your lungs on fire at HIIT class. This is an all out sweat. If you want to get truly “fit” you need to give it a go!

FLEXIBLE STRENGTH

Mobilise the body from head to toe. This class is a must for everyone. Improve your mobility, loosen off tight areas, improve posture, build strength around your joints and bullet proof your body.

TEENS

Introduce your teenager to the fundamentals of fitness, learn how to use the gym equipment and have fun whilst getting stronger and fitter. Classes include: basics of movement, fitness, circuits, coordination, games and fun!

Build confidence and set your kids up for a healthy life.

BOX FIT

Love boxing? Love fitness? This class is for you. Learn the fundamentals of boxing and get fit at the same time. Partner work on the pads, boxing combinations and a whole lot of sweating. Classes are currently postponed due to Covid.

FIT CHICKS

Our dedicated ladies class is timed to perfection after the school run. Get fit and strong in a full body circuit class. Class will be a fun, welcoming environment. It targets all the muscle groups including: upper body, lower body, core and your cardio fitness.
