Mobilise the body from head to toe. This class is a must for everyone. Improve your mobility, loosen off tight areas, improve posture, build strength around your joints and bullet proof your body.
For kids and teens looking for fun, health benefits and learning the fundamentals of fitness. Classes include: basics of movement, fitness, circuits, coordination, games and fun!
We run separate classes for different age groups. 6-10 years and 11-16 years.

Love boxing? Love fitness? This class is for you. Learn the fundamentals of boxing and get fit at the same time. Partner work on the pads, boxing combinations and a whole lot of sweating. Classes are currently postponed due to Covid.
