The Fit House youth classes are a great way for kids and teenagers to enjoy staying fit, healthy and strong.

We can help whether your child is getting serious about sport or they just want to get into fitness and have a good time. There will be plenty of learning and laughter.

Our classes help kids learn about a healthy lifestyle, teamwork, self confidence and how to set and achieve goals, all while having fun with friends.

FIT Academy

**The FIT Academy will launch in 2019** more information to follow at this time.

This is The Fit House youth sports academy. FIT Academy is a great option if your son or daughter is involved in elite sport and wants to take their performance to the next level.

Sessions will enable young athletes to progress and acquire skills required in most all competitive sports. Typical classes will cover: strength, power and fitness, speed and agility, hand eye coordination, balance and mobility.

Train with the professionals. Our FIT Academy programme will be overseen by Frazer McArdell, who has years of experience coaching and teaching young people in sport, as well as playing high level rugby. FIT Academy will also be run in coordination with Dan Norton, current England rugby 7s, Olympic silver medallist and world record holding try scorer. Dan will join the FIT Academy for specialist sessions as often as his own training and competition schedule allows.

FIT Kids / Teens

For kids and teenagers looking to get fit, strong and healthy in a group environment. Classes include circuits, teamwork, movement basics, fitness, coordination and fun! Build confidence and set your kids up for a healthy life.

FIT Kids:
6 – 10 yrs
Tuesday ,Thursday at 4PM

FIT Teens:
11 – 16 yrs
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 5PM

FIT Pump

For 16 – 18 year olds who want to start getting serious at the gym. These sessions introduce older teenagers to weight training in the gym. Suitable for both girls and boys. Learn how to train and eat for your goals. Get in shape and be confident in the gym.

Holiday Camps

We will be running athlete development and all round fitness camps during the school holidays. More details coming soon!
