Join us on the morning of Saturday 22nd December 2018 (10am -1230pm) for a kids athletic development session with Dan Norton, England rugby 7s and Olympic silver medallist.
This special session will focus on helping kids get faster, more agile, fitter, mobile and more confident. It will cover a variety of activities and draw on knowledge from multiple sports.
This session is open to girls and boys age 8 – 16 and is suitable for all abilities. There will be four coaches including: youth strength and conditioning expert Frazer McArdell and Olympian and England rugby super star Dan Norton.
Dan is an Olympic, Commonwealth and World Cup medallist in rugby 7s. He currently plays for England and holds the world record for the most amount of tries scored in world rugby, a whopping 299!
Get your kids along before Christmas 2018 to enjoy learning and having fun whilst being coached by the experts. With the festive period coming up, where a sedentary lifestyle is very common, this is a perfect opportunity to get your kids to expend some energy!

Dan will also give the kids an insight into the life of a professional athlete and Olympian. At the end of the fitness session, the quickest kid will get an opportunity to race Dan over 100m! Dan has quicker 20m time than Usain Bolt, so make sure to bring your running shoes!

Location: The Fit House, Chalfont Park (above Chalfont St Peter cricket club)
Parents are encouraged to come along and watch and also listen to the question and answer session at 12.15pm which will be very inspiring!
20% of all takings for this event will go the SANDS charity which is a charity very close to the heart of The Fit House and Dan Norton. SANDS cares for bereaved parents, supporting those affected by the death of a baby.
