Get in shape and get fit at our signature class. Full House is a 60 minute high intensity circuit class.
We offer two types of session: STRONG and HIIT. We recommend attending both types.
Both sessions will burn calories and tone muscle, they are fun and interactive. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a beginner or fitness fanatic.
Yoga practice is a combination of mind and body. Through movement, proper breathing and mediation, yoga improves flexibility, strength and mental well being.
Join us after the school drop off for a dedicated ladies class. We’re not going to go easy on you though! This class will be a mixture of conditioning and strength. You’ll leave after a great sweat and a laugh with the girls.
This is a great option if your child (11-16) is involved in sport and wants to take their performance to the next level. Sessions will enable our young athletes to improve their sports performance and skills.

For 16 – 18s who want to start getting serious at the gym. Learn how to train effectively and safely in the gym. Get in shape and learn more about strength training.
In this class we teach the fundamentals of strength and fitness. Understand how to train effectively and safely, and how to get the most out of your workouts.
Bring the whole team. This class is a family affair! Mums, dads and kids can all join in for some fun family time while getting fit. We’ll cover all the bases, ensuring you get a great workout and bond as a family.
