Yoga practice is a combination of mind and body. Through movement, proper breathing and mediation, yoga improves flexibility, strength and mental well being.
Join us after the school drop off for a dedicated ladies class. This class covers every corner including: strength, core & cardio fitness. In a circuit style, we make sure you building muscle and get a sweat on too tone up and get lean, getting fitter and stronger at every session.
For kids and teens looking for fun, health benefits and learning the fundamentals of fitness. Circuits, teamwork, basics of movement, fitness, coordination and FUN!
We run separate classes for different age groups. 6-10 years and 11-16 years.

Love boxing? Love fitness? This class is for you. Learn the fundamentals of boxing and get fit at the same time. Partner work on the pads, boxing combinations and a whole lot of sweating.
