My passion in life has always been sport and particularly how to win! I come from a professional rugby background, as both a coach and a player. After a major injury ended the start of a professional rugby career, I moved into to sports conditioning and coaching. With a Masters in Coaching Science, a Bachelors in Strength & Conditioning and Coaching and a PGCE, I then taught as a lecturer of Sports Science at Hartpury University.

Run by Rachel and Frazer, a young couple with a passion for fitness. We want to bring what we love to our community, making quality fitness coaching available to everyone in the family.

I’m Rachel, a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. I specialise in pre and post natal exercise, strength training (particularly for beginners), cardio fitness and weight loss. I grew up in the local area and my family has lived in Seer Green for over 20 years.
This week we speak to one of Rachel's clients. Will, a 38 year old tanker charterer, trained with Rachel for two years in Singapore. He did small group personal training in a group of 4, training helped him towards triathlon competition and to rehabilitate an old shoulder injury.
Over four months Emma dedicated herself to her training and nutrition in preparation for her wedding. She lost 8kg and 7% body fat. She looked amazing and has pretty much maintained her shape and training regime ever since she got into such good routine.

Our first ever client of the month goes to Anneka Pommells. Anneka was one of the first ever clients to come through the doors at The Fit House and she has been a dedicated force to be reckoned with ever since!
The Fit House hosted a vocational workshop for 40 sports students at Hartpury university, one of the UK's leading specialist education providers in sport.
"I had never run, but I mentioned to Frazer that it was one of my goals. I have now done FOUR 10km races! He believed in me and got my body where it needed to be." Jane tells us how training with Frazer helped her achieve goals and results that she'd never been able to get on her own or before.
