At The Fit House we are an independent gym providing expert training and fitness coaching to the local family community.

Run by Rachel and Frazer, a young couple with a passion for fitness. We want to bring what we love to our community, making quality fitness coaching available to everyone in the family.

We offer a range of services including: personal training, group classes, kids programmes, pre and post natal exercise and nutrition.

Whether you are a family of 4, a new mum, teenager, City commuter or senior, there’s a way to get fit and healthy with us at The Fit House. From never stepped in a gym-ers to marathon runners, rugby kids to yogis, we have something for you.

We take pride in our coaching expertise, building great relationships with our clients and making sure you always walk out feeling better than when you walked in.

Frazer McArdell

My passion in life has always been sport and particularly how to win! I come from a professional rugby background, as both a coach and a player. After a major injury ended the start of a professional rugby career, I moved into to sports conditioning and coaching. With a Masters in Coaching Science, a Bachelors in Strength & Conditioning and Coaching and a PGCE, I then taught as a lecturer of Sports Science at Hartpury University.

Rachel Harling

I’m Rachel, a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. I specialise in pre and post natal exercise, strength training (particularly for beginners), cardio fitness and weight loss. I grew up in the local area and my family has lived in Seer Green for over 20 years.
