This month we're recognising one of our teenage clients, Marcus age 16. Marcus comes to our FIT PUMP classes, which are specific to 16-18 year olds looking for an introduction into proper weight training. Dedicated is almost an understatement. Marcus has rarely missed a session in 3 months. He is hard working, polite and funny - a pleasure to have in the gym.
We're launching outdoor bootcamp classes at the weekends. Classes start on Saturday 2nd February at 9am.
